i remember a time in my life where i was less confident , i always thought i do not matter and that people who are around me are better , it damaged me but i held onto it so tightly . the powerless voice in me always won and stood before me . it takes time to overcome this trauma .
the journey of finding yourself is lonely and it is a long one , it needs so much focus and drive , eventually you will get to a better place with yourself , it only matters when you do it for yourself . when you do get to a better place internally , that does not say that all your problems will fade away but they stay , the only difference is that you tackle them differently from how you would normally do .
this message serves as a word of empowerment , i hope you know that it is okay to lose yourself , eventually things will be better , things will open up . stay focused on the end product , which is you being mentally well and feeling the power within yourself . it starts with that one step , that one step leads to many more steps ; hold on .
